ASSISTANT PASTOR AARON HICKS
Assistant Pastor Aaron Hicks has been a member of DAHOP for over 30 years, continuously serving the Lord and His people. Because of the unyielding passion and faith that he continuously exemplifies in word and deed, Aaron was elevated to the position of Assistant Pastor in March 2023. Not only does he help to implement the objectives of the Senior Pastor and the church as a whole, but he also faithfully teaches the adult Sunday Christian Education sessions, which he has been doing for over 20 years.
EVANGELIST JOANN SUMMERS
Evangelist Joann Summers has been serving at DAHOP for over 20 years. She served as the Superintendent of the Sunday Christian Education program for 10 of those years, where she faithfully managed/supervised the program structure, operations, and materials. Joann became an Ordained Minister in 2018, and she is often described as a "mini-powerhouse" when preaching on the pulpit as she delivers the unadulterated Word of God. Her favorite Scripture come from 1 Corinthians 15:58 , "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord."
